Registration Change & Cancellation Policy

  • Hotel Cancellations: Please kindly cancel your reservation seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations within the seven (7) days will result in the forfeiture of the one (1) night deposit at the attendee's expense. For any questions regarding the resort accommodations, please reach out to our on-site reservations team at 949-234-3200.
  • Registration Changes: Changes and cancellations can be made by emailing conference@trigild.com.
  • Refunds: Full refunds will be processed up to October 6, 2025, but are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee.
